To celebrate 90 years since the establishment of the Cambridge University Gliding Club in 1935, and by extension the Cambridge Gliding Club, we would like to invite you to our 90th anniversary dinner.

Welcome to the 90th anniversary dinner
Date: 15th February 2025

Entry Fee includes optional Duxford guided tour and on site parking.
Those who wish to take part in the guided tour of Duxford should arrive by 16:00. If you wish to join us for the dinner only, then you should aim to arrive by 18:30.
You can also arrive at Duxford by plane (there is a landing fee).
Arrival drinks will be served at 19:00 in the Airspace Hangar. With a glass of bubbly in their hand, guests are free to explore the interactive exhibition before being called for dinner under the wing of Concorde.
The 3-course dinner will be served at 20:00. We will have exclusive access to the Airspace Hangar throughout the dinner, until midnight.
We will depart shortly after midnight. Coaches back to Cambridge will be organised by CUGC. If you arrived to Duxford by plane, you will likely need to stay overnight in Cambridge.
After the dinner, you are welcome to join us at a pub in Cambridge, which will be especially reserved for the occasion.
CUGC will organise two coaches departing from Cambridge, one at 15:30 and one at 18:00. We expect most CUGC student will arrive with the first coach at 15:30 for the guided tour.
Guests that book their accommodation in Cambridge, are welcome to take the coaches organised by CUGC.
We expect most current CGC members will travel by car to Duxford and park at the large free parking area.
There will be two coaches back to Cambridge, one at 00:30 and one at 01:30.

Guests that live far away from Duxford are encouraged to book their accommodation in Cambridge. CUGC will offer coaches to and from Duxford.
Similarly, guests that will travel to Duxford by plane are also encouraged to book their accommodation in Cambridge, since they will only be able to take off the morning after the dinner.
